At Console N Cases, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔁 Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the item is dispatched, whichever comes first. To request cancellation, email us at consolencase@gmail.com with your order ID.

  • After Dispatch:
    Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may proceed with a return once the product is delivered, subject to our return policy.

💸 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Product

    • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing photos/videos of the issue to consolencase@gmail.com.

    • We will review and process a replacement or refund, as applicable.

  2. Wrong Item Delivered

    • If you receive an incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a return pickup and ship the correct item or issue a refund.

  3. Product Not Received

    • If your order is lost in transit or not delivered beyond our stated timeline, we will initiate a full refund after verification with our logistics partner.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Opened, used, or customized products.

  • Items not in original packaging or missing accessories/manuals.

  • Downloadable or digital items (if applicable).

🔄 Return & Exchange Process

  • You must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

💳 Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • In case of delays, please check with your bank/payment provider.
