A flat shipping fee of ₹49 may be applicable for orders below the minimum threshold.
🔄 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking ID and courier details. You can track your shipment on the courier's official website.
❗ Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact us at meraxonmediaprivatelimited@gmail.com with your order ID. We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
❌ Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or other customer-related reasons, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping may be subject to additional charges.
🔁 Change of Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address, please email us within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, address changes are not possible.
